 RETURNS:

Please keep in mind you will come across items that are defected during the time of the manufacturing, we at ruffntuffonline.com will do our best to minimize the defects, but cannot check every item to see if it is damaged. Please check each item carefully upon receiving it, and notify us immediately upon receipt if your shipment is damaged. We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a credit.  Please look over your orders carefully before you process your order, ruffntuffonline.com is not responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process. To insure the right items are ordered, please review the shopping cart before you check out.
We have the pleasure to offer you all the specials we possibly can. To keep these specials going, and help you save money we ask that all returns are shipped at the customer's expense.
No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout (sale) items, items mistakenly ordered or unsatisfactory items.
In order to receive credit returns must be shipped back to us in as-new condition and with shipping pre-paid. Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be credited. (See Returns for instructions.) *There will be 25% restocking fee for the refused or unsatisfactory returns.
